This LTN Sale settlement process is fast, transparent and uses the Free Euroclear Delivery process so Clients DO NOT incur any SWIFTING FEES or Delays. Euroclear is a well established European financial transaction settlement network that was founded in 1968 by JP Morgan and continues to operate successfully employing over 3500 people today.
This Sale process is ideal for clients looking to permanently sell their Brazilian LTN Bond or Note because the FREE Delivery method through Euroclear is the cleanest, fastest and cheapest way to do it!

Closing Process:
1. The Buyer logs onto Euroclear system and confirms that the person who has presented
their passport is truly the owner.
2. Thereafter the buyer sends a pay order to the desk at the bank that placed the LTNs
onto Euroclear and they accept and respond.
3. The buyer contacts the seller and issues a contract for closing. Upon receiving the
fully executed document back the Buyer instigates the sale.
4. The codes on the Current Dated pages then allow the buyer to load the funds into the
Euroclear system and block the LTNs in favor of the sale. The Seller has the option of
having the funds wire transferred to their desired location.
5. The sales transaction takes 3-4 days from beginning to end.
6. Once the funds are released to the
seller the title is then transferred to the new owner’s name.

The LTN is listed on Euroclear with a Value of
Maturity: $80,000,000,000 Real (Brazils Currency)
The LTN is Monetized Non Recourse at 50% LTV being:
$40,000,000,000 Real (Brazils Currency)
The Client is paid the USD equivalent of $40,000,000,000 Real
(Brazils Currency)
